As an Inside Sales Manager for AzAutoSearch.com you will become the consummate professional in the automotive on-line advertising space. We are looking for consultants who will be responsible for local dealer network, working with both clients and prospects. In this position, the sales reps are hunters while managing existing customer relationships. This includes the ability to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.

AzAutoSearch.com is looking for professionals who are comfortable using the telephone to aggressively ask for business. Skills in maneuvering past gate keepers and mastery of the relationship sale are a must. We are looking for strong and self-confident sales professionals with a commitment to success.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of commissioned sales experience is required.
  • Ability to make 60+ outbound connected calls per day and close over the phone.
  • A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed high sales goals.
  • Proven track record of closing customers while providing excellent customer service and building lasting business relationships. 
  • Ability to prepare list of leads, deliver benefit statements, handle objections, and project professional tone.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting the message to match the audience.
  • Proven track record of pursuing opportunities and jump-starting initiatives setting the pace for the organization. 
  • Experience with CRM tool such as SalesForce.com is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • PC literacy is necessary including MS Office, Excel and Outlook.

Job Description:        

Ensuring that all interactions with customers are resolved in a prompt, professional and personable manner, meetings AzAutoSearch.com's Customer Service objectives and service level agreements.

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving all phone and e-mail inquiries received from customers.
  • Tracking and documenting all customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Providing exceptional first point-of-contact customer service.
  • Developing an expertise in AzAutoSearch.com services and products to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 
  • Escalating necessary customer inquiries and issue to Tier 2 product and technical support teams.
  • Assist Training Supervisor with new hire training and lead their phone training. 
  • Act as first level escalation contact for junior staff and supervisory back-up when needed.
  • Coordinate and perform UAT on new product releases and Salesforce.com workflow.

Experience/Education/System Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree
  • 1 year of relevant work experienc

Necessary Skills, Abilities and other Qualities :
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the direction of the Internet. The candidate must be a team player and be detail oriented. Prior technical customer service experience in the Internet space is a plus. Knowledge of the Internet, email, MS Office and Windows is required. Additionally, the position requires strong analytical skills, writing skills and the ability to learn quickly. Bachelor's degree preferred. This position might require you to work weekends and/or evenings.
